Reaching For The Skies!

Started working early in life, covered businesses as diverse as education and software. Coincidentally all were led by women. As I worked towards completing college, I was influenced by these entrepreneurs and picked up a few pointers on how to handle a business myself.

After completing my Masters in Journalism & Mass Communication, my focus has been on content, specifically content research and communication strategy. I also attended the Management Program for Entrepreneurial Ventures at IIT Delhi, with an aim to support start-ups and small business ventures, from set up to scale up.

Other than content research, I’ve worked on advertising research, brand tracking and customer loyalty assessment. My print media experience spans brands of Diligent Media, HT Media and India Today Group. My customer loyalty and VOC studies cover a diverse set of brands- Sony, Microsoft, and National Commercial Bank, all global leaders in their respective industries.

So I’m comfortable with data, I’m experienced in research methodologies, and I enjoy ‘storytelling’. Hope you like reading about my interactions with entrepreneurs at the grassroots as well as my analysis of global trends in the post-Covid era.
